started this shredder diet my meals for the next 30 days!
meal 1-5 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2- protein drink (40g) 1 green apple 20 almonds
meal 3- 7oz chicken breast, 5oz red potatos, 3oz green beans
meal 4-protein drink, grapefruit, 2 tbs peanut butter
meal 5-7oz ground turkey, 1/2 c black beans, 3oz asparagus
