copped 2 pounds usda choice ribeye steak (2 steaks), some challenger salted butter, and a bottle of the girliest wine i could find




ive already polished half the bottle lol

i got my steak sitting out with some johnnys seasoning salt on it going to wait like 2-3 hours til its warm then fry the fuck out of it. i got a 6pack of olympia stashed in the fridge that'll most definitely get broken into

There are a few wines I like but I can't drink that shit it usually gives me a weird hangover that I can't even really put into words.
thats probably that creeping feeling i can feel or maybe it was the smirnoff earlier, fuck it

all i know is this steak is going to fucking rule

usda choice ribeyes @ qfc for 6.99/lb in a "value pack" Nuttkase @Nuttkase (which means you have to buy like 2-3 steaks at a time but oh well i was going to eat that many anyway lol)

good time to get a steak fix they look pretty solid too creeping towards prime

i presalted the lip / bone and fat that should draw out some of the moisture from the fat make it melt faster it'll be all crisp, delicious

this steak is my entire life purpose right now nothing else exists its my entire mission in life to cook and consume this steak
