A man was shot Friday during an altercation with another man in the parking lot of the Cardinals stadium during a game, Glendale police reported.

The man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police spokeswoman Tracey Breeden said. No one else was injured.

Police arrested the suspected shooter. Inside the University of Phoenix Stadium, the Arizona Cardinals were playing the Oakland Raiders.
