what rep range do you usually work in?
first week of my program are sets of 10 and ive normally had a week off so i get it pretty bad but the other 4 weeks are all less than 6 reps so i dont have any issues.
Normally, 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 and then if I go up a weight for the first time, I will do an extra set of 5.
Right now I'm high rep low weight as I injured my left rotator. I am not squatting or doing anything that puts pressure on my shoulders. Skipping shoulder day too as I can't work around it at all.
Taking it easy this month.
Those few days getting medicated in Denver sure helped though. 10/10, would medicate again.
