434g chicken on deck (1x chicken thigh 3x chicken drumsticks). I overcooked them to get them crispy and to melt a lot of the fat out of them.

I'll weigh the bones afterwards and subtract it from that 434g total to get a more accurate calorie total.

I don't really like it that much. Feels pretty dirty for the most part and I've already become accustomed to it and don't feel like increasing the dose. When I wake up it feels like I was doing coke or some kinda drug or something the day before; that kind of "slightly off" feeling.

Probably just going to stick to Ephedrine / Caffeine
