@BUTCHER 206 . Ive been working since may and already gone down one belt size. Is that fast enough or should I be losing weight faster. I dont have a scale to weigh myself, but next days off when Im at the gym I will.

I don't know. That sounds really slow though most people can drop like 2-4 inches off their waist in less than a month

Im not even sure what my waist is tbh because everything is in vanity sizing now, it's way bigger than it says. So it might say 34 but it's really 38 lol. I think it's 34 or 36 though
