i had to quit drinking yerba mate, cause i was spending like $5-10 a day on boxes of it i think it was like, $8 for 12 tea-bags or something ridiculous. throw like 3-4 bags in a cup for awhile and take it like a shot cause it tastes like some grassy hay x20 lol. i like the energy from yerba mate but its too expensive for me


thinking about looking for some kind of pill with "green tea" and "Green coffee bean" and "yerba mate" in there thats the way to go... end up like $0.50-$1.00 for a "cup" (pill) vs like $8 a day lol
