I'm saying there's no logic there. The people causing gun violence aren't responsible citizens paying ridiculously high amounts for CCW permits then buying guns at a retail shop at MSRP, how is bleeding them for money to fund gun violence prevention programs going to do anything at all to impact gun violence and safety? All the anti-gun legislation in Chicago is pretty much proven to have made everything worse. And anyway this isn't the first time Seattle's broken the law when it comes to guns, they tried banning them from parks and downtown which was overturned.
