Cottage cheese is awesome!! It gots that slow digesting casein protein!! The way I eat mine is with a little protein powder, walden farms calorie free (cancer causing aspartame) chocolate syrup, a few almonds and fresh blueberries mixed in, it's bomb cuh!!

No way. He's living the American dream. Grew up poor, as a teen he'd valet expensive cars at a country club and dreamed of owning them himself, pulled himself up by his own bootstraps and earned hundreds of thousands now he has a condo and a couple houses a couple rare Ferrari 's and usually leases a few other cars; let that man cook. He's part of what makes America great. If he wants to rub it in people's faces well then go ahead, that's pretty much the main reason ppl want excessive money it's not unusual lol
