That's like personal freedoms for everyone to do what they want as long as it doesn't harm others. For example, all gays having the right to get married, but at the same time Churches are not forced to carry out the service if it goes against their values, so gays can have a secular state wedding. I believe that's the way it is in Texas at the moment. It's kind of similar to your theatre gun rules...
Another example was in UK news recently, a gay guy wanted a gay themed cake but the bakery was run by Christians and they said no because it goes against their personal beliefs.. so the gay guy sued the bakery for millions of pounds...
Personally I believe is freedom to do whatever you want with your own private business within reason, but the only problem is a thin line between this and discrimination.
Right now the UK isn't a libertarian state, it's just a great big tumblrfuck of SJWs complaining about hurting people's feelings.
