Have some little jackass kid in some popular recognizable american place wearing a beret and a striped shirt pissing all over an american flag cursing and shouting, and have his mother/or a teacher with a group of kids behind her, standing there looking all quaint facing a crowd of pedestrians saying "excuse my french".

"drink like a fish"
This one is easy, have a human swimming around in a light yellowy brown fishtank with your least favorite beer logo on the tank. Make him look kinda frantic with his cheeks puffed up like there is beer in it. Then kinda next to the fish tank in an open room draw a fish sitting on a recliner(not reclined) reading a book with prescription bifocals. Have a side table next to him with a semi-plain lamp, and an ash tray with a ciggarette burning, and an old fashioned glass of whiskey with 2 ice cubes

have a guy or girl laying in bed looking hella sick, like go way overboard with how sick they look, make them look greenish or whatever like theyre dieing from leukemia, like hella dramatically sick, and outside the window its all sunshiny and hella nice, but right over their bed theres a big storm cloud raining on top of them, and draw the bed with mud and dirt and sticks and leaves like what washes into storm ditches after huge rains, and have the bed soaking wet and dripping from the rain and muck and shit, and part of the bed has snow on it, and chunks of hail and shit lol

draw like a stereotypical looking french guy and his body language is that of a pissed off person yelling at someone, pointing at them wiht his mouth open or teeth clenched or whatever to get the dramatic effect that hes yelling and pissed, then have a crowd of people standing there or in the background or something looking shocked, and gasping, like he just said some terrible ass shit. but have the background something regular so you know its weird that theres a french guy there, like hes standing inside of a typical truck stop diner or something or hes at a mcdonalds and was pissed off about his order and started cussing and literally turned french

either nutt or butcher already nailed the "you are what you eat" one. I woulda came up with something like that too, but a little more stereotypical towards one race or profession.

Clean cut looking Cop eating in a diner, has a fork loaded with a cut piece of ham(thanksgiving style or someshit), his head is corked up looking at his reflection in the window, where there is a pig in the mirror image with the same uniform... Id make the pig all disgusting, probably draw something from inspiration of bloaty from invader zim. make the pig all fat with the uniform buttons popping off, hat tilted to the side practically falling off, lifting the same amount of ham up on the fork and looking up all hunched over the same way.
If you aint know bloaty, google bloaty's pizza hog, or watch some god damn invader zim cause that show is amazing

draw a little old lady in front of an easel, emphasize her wedding ring, and she has a black and white tattered up picture next to the easel of a really young guy in WW2 uniform, and in what shes painting hes holding hands with a young girl staring up at him as theyre kissing or about to kiss, then have an urn next to her or in the background next to her bed or something, and a picture of her old self with an old guy in it and a bunch of kids, like two generations of family or something, so you know shes painting her dead husband and was trying to capture a memory of their youth, and they built a long life together, but she cant paint his face from memory so thats what the pic next to the easel is, and draw her painting completed except for his face is the unfinished part
