Got 5 chicken breasts (nearly 3lbs) marinating in spicy bulgogi RNS
Since I got off the sauce and started going back to the gym, I've been eating over 10lbs of chicken breast a week. Every couple days I cook up a four breasts and roast red and green peppers and onions. Then it all gets chopped up and either goes into a little bit of pasta with marinara or pesto or gets simmered in taco seasonings and I make fajita burritos with it. I occasionally make teryaki with it too, but there's two really good, really cheap teryaki spots by my house, so I usually just go there and get double teryaki chicken, all cabbage, no rice if im in a teryaki mood.
