It's kinda funny. There seems to have been some kind of deep divide in our family, and sides were taken, but I'm completely unaware of it. It's almost like there was a huge event between my mom and dad's side of the family, and I was at work and nobody called, lol.

Like my dad's side of the family has more or less cut me out of their whole world and I couldn't tell you exactly why. I guess since I don't really get along with the other children and love my mom who my grandmother doesn't like, lol. An example is my sister gets invited to go on vacation with them once or twice a year, and this has gone on for like 15 years, lol, I don't even get a text on my birthday.

I guess it's just one of those things where just because you're related doesn't necessarily mean much else.
