I can't see myself sitting in a cubicle for ever. I gotta stay active and do something on my feet. I've been reading about how hard of work it is but I figured after 8 and a half years in the Army working 60+ hour work weeks I should be fine. A normal 40-50 hour work work type job is gonna feel like vacation to me lol i'd feel spoiled with an 8 hour work shift.

The math is gonna be rough though since I haven't done any since I was 16, but the union i'm looking at requires a college level math course or a course offered through the National Electricians Association before you get hired. It's just basic Algebra to get started.

yea, math sucks but all it takes is the right attitude and perfect attendance to get through anything. you can do it; its not like super complex math it just takes some dedication, as does anything

yeah the math shouldn't be a problem, I feel like a straight up dumbass but i'm the greatest test taker ever lol

somehow my IQ is really high, I also ace every test I take. My ASVAB and GT scores to join the Army were some of the highest you could get. I was distinguished honor grad in the Army Info Tech AIT course. But ask me questions off the top of my head i'm like "derp derp derp" lol

i think my problem is that i get bored to easily when learning from someone else rather than reading it myself. i think this is because they go to slow. if they taught everything they do in an hour long lecture in only 15 minutes i would probably learn a lot better
