well it'll be coming from all different directions, multiple people. he'll get the message, you have to be pretty strong about it though, no bullshitting about it at all. that'll likely be an advantage, maybe if he sees the one person who bullshits with him the most being just as serious as everybody else it'll click that hey, maybe its time to start taking this seriously
