Virgin mobile left me on hold before for about 2 hours before I hung up. Just left it on speaker in my pocket.
When I talked to them after all they could do is say "sorry" no credit or nothing lol
fuck that. write a letter to their ceo, ftc, bbb, etc. thats what i do when i get a shitty customer service and or they screw me.
coming from the customer service arena (13 years experience) i know what happens when a letter from sum customer lands on the ceo's desk: heads roll. ceo would rather play golf then hear from joe schmoe.
my greatest troll move was when then post office wouldnt pay me out for a claim, 6 months, nothing. i found out the ceo's email and about 50 other upper execs. fired off an email and after 1 phone call got my money in 2 weeks. im quick to escalate shit!
been thinking of running a customer advocate group where people pay me to write letters and resolve shit for them.
