It amazes that at this day and age we still have useless automated phone trees to deal with. We can put a man on the moon, but cant do better than websites that refer you to a phone number and a phone number that refer you to the same website.
Poor audio quality, music loops cutting in and out, lines going dead, sitting on hold for god knows how long, press 1 for abc, press 2 for xyz ...?
I hate companies, agencies, governments, groups, etc etc...Because it's either A. You don't realize your phone customer care system sucks or B. You're aware and don't do anything about it.
