Doesn't phase me. Tech's a good friend of mine, and it's his business, so the only thing I would get defensive about is an attack on him personally, not questioning his artistic merits or the people he associate's with. It's just music to me and the rest of the world and their consumers. I've seen stupid groups of fans for bands in different genre's.
Kevin Gates is dope in my opinion. I'd consider myself a fan of him, Troy, and Durk. I like some of Bibby's music too but his album was ehhh. Rashad has potential and some songs I like but his album was also ehhh.

I like where the whole company is artistically and musically. Tech's been easing in artwork and artists of different medium slowly, and I understand he's doing it to enrich the environment for his company in the advent that he stops making music or something happens to him.
The days of Strange being that little label nobody's heard of are gone since the attention he got for All 6's & 7's and then acquiring Jay Rock, Rittz, Mayday, and Murs.
The guys that are wholely from Kansas City that are on the label are simply to keep his home turf invested in the moves they make, and I do like some of them. Others, I can't stand and don't like when they show up on his music, but it's just my taste.

Yep. Right now, I'm writing a script that centers a group of character's around his concert and it leads into a situational horror film. I call him periodically to give him information as to where I'm at in the script, and I hope to have Strange Music produce the film. I also spend time cultivating a friendship with his girlfriend and other artists like Wrekonize, Kutt Calhoun, and Snug Brim because I know a good opportunity when I see one. I hope you enjoy this really cool aspect of my possible working future, and I'll let all of you know if the project is greenlighted.
