I had a bad experience at jack in the box a few weeks ago I mentioned in here.
Someone mentioned, maybe it was butcher, that I should send a complaint in and I did. I laid out a story about how disappointing the service has been and the food and blah blah blah...and something about how their mess-ups have cost me in the neighborhood of $50 in the last couple months.
This morning I got an email from their customer relations person apologizing for my experience, and asking if I have been contacted by the regional manager, and what could be done to make the matter better.
I said I haven't been contacted by anyone, which is true. And went on that the only thing that can make this better is at least a $50 gift card to JITB, lol. So the ball is in their court now.
