so what mayweather does is better right? make a dude move up 2 weight classes and not make weight himself. cmooooon bruh.
Marquez wanted the opportunity. Floyd gave it to him at 147 or was it at 146? Floyd weighed in 2 pounds over the limit and paid the penalty for it which was in the contract.

If Pac is only fighting at 147 then his next opponent should be Berto.

If Pac is willing to meet someone at a catchweight (like he has done not too long ago), then Marquez is there.

Pac even said himself that he doesn't think the fans want to see them fight again..... seems a bit scared to me. How does he know what the fans think? The fans loved both fights and probably would pay to see them fight again. Who wants to see Shane?

he also gained a shit load of weight after the weigh in also. how come he didn't want to weigh himself again on fight night?

^Fighters do that all the time.... put on weight after they weigh in...
who is saying they don't?

what im saying is that he already had marquez move up 2 weight classes and then he doesn't want his fight night weight disclosed....why would he do that?

cuz his ass was probably atleast 30 lbs heavier then marquez that night.

Is that why Arum is saying Pacquiao will fight Marquez at 147?
If you read my response in the other thread, you'd see that I think the fight should take place at no more than 140lbs...since Marquez has shown he is completely ineffective at 147.

I think Pacquiao should move down to 135 and fight him for the linear lightweight title, but I highly doubt he'd move down that much, even though he could easily make the weight.
