you get lots of XP points for sparring in the online gym so anyone down to join my gym make a middleweight lets try it out. If you don't know, the XP points you gain are used to beef up your online character. You can earn XP points by sparring, simply fighting people with your created character online and also I believe you earn it as you progress in legacy mode.

Maaaan how gay is it though that the majority of folks I fight on the online championship mode is some 6'8 steroid freak with the reach of Dhalsim offa Street Fighter, I can manage to get inside on them now but man this shit is getting wack fighting nothing but giants.

I still need a lot more practice. I'm 7-4 online. That's kinda embarrassing. On fight night round 4 I was like 50-2 or some shit right off that bat lol.

I think I'm still stuck in fight night 4 mode, thinking the shit I did on there will work in champion but it doesn't as much, for example bob & weave was deadly on FN4, it's a lot harder to pull off correctly now.

Either that or people online are just genuinely better.

a little trick someone pulled on me last night, just to give you a warning.

So I was doing a middleweight fight.

This guy had his selection hovering over Fernando Vargas, who is a 154 pound fighter. Some I'm like Fernando aye? Ok I'll beat you with a 147 pound guy, I'll pick Cotto cuz I'm not too bad with him. So I select him and IMMEDIATELY AFTER he moves ONE click down, then pushes X. Who is one guy down? andre bishop who is a 160 pound fighter who is rated like 95 or some bullshit.

lmao what a cheap bitch move.

So I got little ass 147 pound cotto against some 160 pound monster fantasy fighter in Bishop.

watch out for that cheapness

Another reason they need to add a welter weight class.

Im about to return my shit man. Everytime I go to fight online the dude backs out. Then after waiting for a match for 15 min I finally get one and end up losing in the 8th round. Shits gay!

blocking isnt doing shit, im still getting hit.

trying to bob and weave it helps also side stepping, back stepping but I'm still getting caught with punches.

any tips?

This game is addicting.... I'm losing my madden football skills because all I play is this.

My record is terrible though, I've been getting KO'd with one punch in the first round.

206 had to tell me how to upgrade my dude though... so I'm slowly improving.

yeah man just keep improving your guy don't worry about your record.

And tony challenge other gym members to a league fight when their online, you'll beat them all. The only guy that is pretty good is applesauce or whatever.

But you need to fight other gym members, you'll get lots of XP points and you'll probably be in 2nd place and advance to the next round of this seasons tournament and get bigger XP points.


Also, in like four days a gym rivalry is declared. I want to see what that's all about

fight num3r0nz3, LoneRyu, and tokie5150 first. They are down and you'll beat them.

There are a couple new members that joined last night i don't know who they are. I tried fighting one of them too no response. I think we have about 15-16 members as of now.

As the GM I can advanced the tournament whenever I want so if everyone fights but like one or two guys I'll just advance it.
