It wasnt the right time to bring a pup into our lives, so we found her a home when she was still like 12 weeks old. Now I wish we would have kept her.

No, I just want my pit to have the best nutrition possible and I have heard from a few people that raw meat is what a pitbull needs to get the right ammounts of protein. I don't participate in that dog fighting shit.....I was just looking for opinions on feeding raw.

protein is protein, only difference is that when u cook something it loses its nutrients, why do u think we need BCAA's? aka branched chain amino acids? because those are the ones our body cant produce

I've been feeding my pit raw since he was 9 weeks old, the difference is huge. Dogs don't need fruits and vegetables, and they're digestive systems don't tolerate grains very well (Just about every ingredient in dog food),they're carnivores.

I feed my dog,chicken leg quarters, tripe, fish, beef hearts, eel, he loves it all.

I was bit the fuck up by a pit when I was a kid, still my favorite dog. I didn't blame the dog, I blame the punk ass owner for beating his dog with a pool cue, and disciplining him for NOT attacking.

My dog loves everyone, until he sees you as a threat to him family. A dog is a great judge of character, I don't have to tell him to attack, he KNOWS when to attack.
