Dogg, what do you think an appeal is?....it is a trial. He will be retried for the murder thing to be dropped and also looked at at the same trial to determine if he was an accessory or not.

You are wrong here. first off, an appeal is not a trial. An appeal is just a judge (or group of) that looks at the evidence provided and the transcript of the trial, then the appealiate judge will go back and say that there is reason to REtry him. Then, at the Retrial he will get aquitted immediately b/c of the confession of the other person. I doubt they will try him for an accesory but if they did he probably won't serve anymore time.


Also to the person saying that he should sue and get millions, he can't. At the very most, he'll get about 5,500/year.
