thats cool..and it would be great for him to be released and start doin some real music shit out here ...

but yall actin like he was home asleep when he got framed for this case..he admitted to being there at the scene of the home invasion..he just says he didnt pull the trigger..so no..hes not locked up for nothing at all...

regardless..if hes innocent i feel 10years plus the 3 he spent in county is severe enuff and itll be great for him to be free

raided case very complex. even w/ the lil information known about the case theres still alot of unanwsered questions as to what exactly took place that night. in the eyes of the prosecution he was pretty much guilty until proven innocent. if x does get out this is a blessing because hes admitted to being present at the scene of the crime and that could've easily made him accessory to murder. luccy for him someone actually confessed to the murder otherwise he would've been fucced.

yeah but he was found guilty of murder,not accessory.they cant keep him in for something he wasnt legaly found guilty of................

^^^^Yes they can dogg, My girl said He has to appeal to the judge and the judge has to approve the claim. Then the judge will see the evidence that he was still there at the crime sceene and still charge him with accessory to murder. They will probebly change his sentence to 10 - 15 years which 9 of that has already been served...so he will have time served on his sentence and in this case there is a strong chance he wont serve the full 15. But more than likely he will either get out right away on TIME SERVED.

yeah,"charge" him with accessory.im pretty sure they'd have to take that to trial.you cant just say "okay,your not a murderer,but now your an accessory".he went on trial for murder,not accessory,thats a whole different case........
