Yes, the PS3 dlc will arrive later. I have no idea if the PS3 has any fallout dlc as I don't play fallout. However, based on graphics and performance, people are saying the ps3 version is the one. You watch the vids?

Actually from what i've read in reviews there isn't much difference between PS3/360 but there is a big difference between those and p/c.. P/C offering the best out of the 3 but that's no surprise being this is a Elder Scrolls game.. As long as the frame rate isn't as bad as Dark Souls ill be happy.

ps3 got all the fallout DLC and is about to release the full edition for like 49.99 with all DLC packed with the game.
