So for me it's been Over Easy style for a while now but I like to switch it up. Yall have a favorite method or any worthy tips? Simpaticone?

(And if you say over boiled over everything I just don't know folks- but to me that says you're either 65 yo but still post on the Sicc and listen to Brotha Lynch everyday or you were the weird kid on the playground that was raised in a retirement trailer park and would do weird shit like eat toothpaste and wear snowpants in the middle of summer. Or maybe is just on some crazy soldado shit and can get past that texture, smell and flavor.)

Sunny side - poached (like a Mcmuffin)- Hard boiled . - All w/ season salt & black pepper . Sunny side egg in a hot bowl of soup .

Soft boiled eggs are good too . Crack egg directly in boiling water . Poached but still has the yoke of sunny side . Good w/ salt & pepper on top San Francisco French Bread OJ , coffee - thats a good breakfast . U know my Italian ass wants chickens too just for eggs . Theres a lady down the street w/ fresh eggs . Things aren't too loud wonder if the dog would mind ? . LOL

THE FAT BOY SPECIAL:

Cook pack of bacon.

drain 1/2 of the bacon grease, leave the other half in the pan hot as hellfire.

scramble eggs in bowl.

drop eggs in hellfire bacon grease.

stir.

wait til eggs have soaked all grease, almost making the edges crispy.

add cheese, bacon, & onions to the center of this big ass fried egg patty.

fold in half like a quesadilla.

take it out of the pan, & eat.

....you just gained 7 pounds.

Try draining all the bacon drippings. There will still be enough left in the pan to add flavor. Add a little olive oil and butter to the pan. Oil will help raise the cooking temp of the butter and the butter will add the perfect flavor to go with eggs. Then don't cook your eggs till they are crispy and/or brown cuz they are over done. Cook them at a much lower temp for fluffy non-rubbery eggs.

May also want to try cutting your bacon into lardons (matchstick like cut) and putting a dice on the onion and cooking them together. Salt in the bacon will draw out the moisture from the onions and help with the cooking. Flavor should be more appealing than the raw onions.

Don't whip your eggs in the bowl, lightly break the yolk and incorporate some sour cream, it doesn't all have to be homogeneous because you mix the eggs in the pan while you cook them. Your mouth, your eggs, and Ralph Cifaretto will be happy with the choice.
