So for me it's been Over Easy style for a while now but I like to switch it up. Yall have a favorite method or any worthy tips? Simpaticone?



(And if you say over boiled over everything I just don't know folks- but to me that says you're either 65 yo but still post on the Sicc and listen to Brotha Lynch everyday or you were the weird kid on the playground that was raised in a retirement trailer park and would do weird shit like eat toothpaste and wear snowpants in the middle of summer. Or maybe is just on some crazy soldado shit and can get past that texture, smell and flavor.)

I used to roll Over-easy but about 3 years ago I got one that was fuckin raw as hell.....and cold. It made me say fuck Over Easy!

I do the Over-Medium thing now.....ever since.

If you don't enjoy the yoke of an egg, then you ain't enjoying the egg.

i also like to do a hard boil, remove the shell, then smash the egg up with a tablespoon or 2 of butter with salt, wrap in a piece of lavash (its really called lavasha, but only Assyrians know it by that name) View attachment 110891

also, poached egg in a bath of white wine herbs and spices is pretty fuckin bomb...goes great with poached fish

anyone ever try eggs from something besides a chicken? ive had pheasant and thats it
