and on those shags I remember in Fresno area those shags were the shit. This was like the late 80's and early nineties. And to me I was thought a mongolian was at the top of the head and the rest was bald. But I have seen fades and shit with mongolians. And rat tails are tails, if you notice the hair is growing from the whole bottom of the hair line not just a portion.
