40 should be number 1 or 2. As far as Snoop goes, I honestly only liked Doggystyle, parts of Doggfather, and parts of Game 2 To Be Sold And Told, whatever it's called. The rest was hit or miss and hella weak. Wit 40, there's probably one album I didn't like which was My Ghetto Report Card but other than that everything else was sick. Mac Dre had a good record. Right behind 40. Both very consistent on tight shit. Snoop has been very consistent on weak shit. Lol @ the person who said Mack 10 is better than WC. WC raw. And Lynch should be up there way pass Snoop.

5. Too $hort/Spice1

Groups =
1. Above the Law
2. RBL Posse

yeah ive been said Bo has the best catalog by far. Also I would put Pac, Cube, Snoop, and Short ahead of 40. Also who doesn't get enough credit is San Quinn, mothafuckas been rapping for almost 20 years himself and still putting out quality shit

I can understand people who don't like 40 as rapper or an artist, but you cannot deny the impact he has had on the rap game, let a lone the WestCoast. He is top 5 based on impact. He is every bit as important to the WestCoast as Snoop, and unlike Snoop, 40 didn't have a superstar (Dr. Dre) to put him on. 40 paved the way for independent artists on this coast to make it in the game (along with Too $hort). It's amazing to me that he still doesn't get his respect.

I would put E-40 at number one simply because of Mr. Flamboyant period.... in a close 2nd, I would put Mac Dre.
