Back on subject tho.. bout 2 years back I was drunk as fuck drivin and bapped into a tree.. cop came over.. saw my drank in the backseat, asked if I was ok.. and didn't even give me a ticket.. just filed an accident report and that was it.. I got hella lucky.. DUI at 19 = not cool.

only time anything remotely close to that happened to me was when this fucking sheriff decided to pull me over for no fucking reason. he's about to make a right turn when I pull up to make a left turn into the street he was leaving. he decides not to go, then after my arrow turns green and I go he flips a bitch and puts his lights on.
I was like "fuck this shit, I don't have my license, registration or insurance and I'm drunk and high with weed in the car....and my friends house is right around the corner, I'm gonna keep going and pull into his driveway, fuck it. they can take me, but at least they can leave my car"
he asks why I didn't pull over when I saw the lights and why I pulled into the drive way like that (it was a 3 car driveway with 3 cars already there, I pulled in blocking the backs of all 3). I said "look, I don't have my license, so I figured if you're gonna arrest me at least you can leave my car here" he takes my ID and asks who lives there and where their car is....I point out 2 different cars and I guess they ran the plates and showed I wasn't lying. he came back and gave me my ID back and told me not to drive anymore.

on wednesday at the a's game, i was walking accross the overpass from the bart station, on my way to the stadium...me and my boy had each just opened a tall can, when two cops came outta nowhere and pulled us aside. they told us that it was illegal to drink on bart property, but our boy (who hadn't yet opened his tall can) was lucky. then he says "open that bag in your hand." my boy says, "it's some more empty cans." the cop says, "just open the bag, you'll see where i'm going with this." he puts the two open cans into the bag, and has my boy hold them through the bottom of the bag. then he says, "don't drink them until you get accross the bridge, enjoy the game." coolest cop i've ever encountered....
SFPD is cool as fuck from what I've experienced.
One time I was posted up with some people drinking beer...we were on two cars. Some of them were tagging and I guess someone called the cops. 3 cop cars pull up and the dude in the other car had some shit on him so he takes off hella quick. I hope in my car and start driving away too but one police car blocks the road so I stop. We get out the car and the cops are questioning us just to find out whats going on. Then some random ass dude comes up and said he saw us and we weren't doing nothing wrong so they just let us go. Luckily they didnt trip off the alcohol on my breath.
This other time we were going to a house party...already drunk as fuck... dude in another car was ghost riding the whip in the front of the house. For whatever reason some people I was with got in an argument with people outside the house party and they started fighting...like 20 people in the middle of the street. Cops pull up and everyone scatters in different directions. I drive around the block to pick up one of my friends who was in the fight...he got in my car with a white tee covered in blood and I didnt even notice that there was a police car right behind me...so we get pulled over. After some more bullshit questioning they just let us go....they knew I was drinking too...they just said if they see me on the road again that night they were gonna send me straight to jail.
This other time I pulled over for a quick second so my boy could empty out a swisher..and a cop happens to be driving by at the same time. He comes up to the car and first thing he says is "where's the weed". My boy was about to take it out and hand it over and the cop asks how much we had. We said $10 worth. He says go smoke that shit at home and just leaves without even looking at it.
SFPD is cool...Daly City police are some assholes though.

one time i was drinkin at my boys house N i was hella faded N ended up takin off to get some more beer at a 7-11 about a mile or two away. my dumb ass drove N i couldnt even walk. on the way back i stop at a stop sign around the corner from the pad when a cop creeps up on me N hits his lights. so i pullover N hit the curb when i do. when he walks up i roll down the back window on accident N he's jus starrin at me. once i get my widow down he automatically smells the beer N ask all the same shit. he ask if i been drinkin N i say yup. cant lie i smell like i spilled a 40 on me. he asked if i used a controlled substance N i say no so he runs the light test N checks my pulse. he see's im not lyin N tells me to go on my way. i ask "i can drive" he jus says "i dont know can you? if you get pulled over again its on you!" so i say thank you N jus get out right there N walk around the corner to my homies pad. closest shit thats happen besides me wakin up the next morning not rememberin drivin home the night before, cause i was so fucked up. thats some scary shit cause i didnt even know if i hit anything or anyone! now if i get faded i jus have my girl give me a ride, that next morning was too scary for me!
I wish I had one of your cops....these bitch ass undo's pass by me as I'm walking to my car in a residential neighborhood. I'm on the phone with fedex (not the rapper) and they give me a tracking number while I'm getting in the car. I pulled out my laptop (I had just came from work) and was about to check on the package. I watch the undo go down to the second block and bust a bitch. I'm not really trippin of them tho, but more focused on seeing if I could get signal on my laptop, but I notice them slow the fuck down as they get near my car then pull into the driveway behind me. one walks out to the passenger side and shows his badge and asks if its my car (yes), is it registered to me (yes), is your license still suspended 
ermm: yes) and what I'm doing. I start to answer but the other one opens the driver side door, which hella spooked me. I guess that spooked him cuz he immediately pulled me out and cuffed me. they searched my car and searched my laptop bag which stank liked trees, but I had just finished the last of it the night before. he keeps asking me where's the weed and I keep telling him I smoked it last night. he pulls out the laptop bag and is telling me how it smells like some really good shit. "yeah, it was granddaddy, hella good....I wish I had more" one of them is holding the chain on the cuffs, then they switch off and the other one starts searching my laptop since it was on. he sees pictures of me & my son and decides that it really is my laptop then and wasn't stolen and says let him go. he tells me that the only reason I'm being let go is because of the pictures of my son, otherwise I'd be in jail (I thought for what? I hadn't done anything....but I didn't say it) the other officer takes off my cuffs and says "we only messed with you because you have an A's hat and Raider's ball. :ermm:
