i got my first dui last night but i wasnt really drunk or nothin and didnt do anything wrong to get pulled over. concord cop turner (older black dude) was one of the biggest assholes ive ever seen... he said i was speeding when i definitely wasnt. i already saw 2 cops before him and was gonna circle the block to park in front of los gallos for a burrito.

so i get pulled over and he smells alcohol... i had a couple beers but my boy had been takin shots of patron and drinkin brew...

i blew a .8 at the station. right on the fucking line. hella gay... so i also gave blood for the retest

i havent talked to an attorney yet but thats probably the way to go since i was on the line... hopefully i can get out of it.

he also cited me for no registration card... when i fucking handed it to him. my ticket also has my info in wrong places almost everywhere... height, weight, hair and eye color etc, all in the wrong forms....

o ya and i just got my car this week and it aint in my name yet so i couldnt get it out this morning. fucking bullshit. fuck concord pd

ya .08 is what i meant. dude was a huge dickhead. he wouldnt let a friend drive my car neither... was on a mission to tow my shit

you lucky you didnt kill someone else or yourself. 3 beers is .08.so 3 beers is more than you need to make the choice not to drive. get over it and learn from it.

^^^ fuck that shit dutch. i could drive better asleep/drunk/high/in a coma than most people i see driving. i'm not lucky at all for this one. this is bullshit to the fullest

I had 2 AMF's, Cran-vodka, 2 Jager bombs... CHP pulled me over made me do hella drunk tests and then the breathalyzer, I got nervous as hell but they let me go. I wonder what I blew? Told me to go drink some water and wait an hour before drinking

i hear you bro. my older brother was paralyzed from a drunk driving accident and eventually died because of complications. so i dont mean to be a prick, but yeah....... i dont fuck with the dui's bro.

i wouldnt have driven if i were drunk... at least not that far.. i woulda gone home which is less than 5 minutes... but 3 beers = not drunk

when i got my d.u.i... it was like a blessin' in disguise.. i was always driving DRUNK.. this one time i made such a bad right turn into a neighborhood.. i clipped my right side mirror on a parked car... my windows was rolled down.. and my arm was just chillin' right there and the mirror just slammed into my hand and broke into my fast(i don't know if you can picture how wide of a turn i made).. anyway.. the house i was goin' to was like 5 mintues down the street.. went there and kept drinkin'.. somehow i made it home and spent the next day pickin' mirror glass out my knuckles.. well.. i didn't learn shit from that.... it took the d.u.i. for me to learn my lesson.

i barely drink but now im gonna be more cautious fer sure... i'm gonna try to beat this shit.. i cant afford it. i already got hella points from speeding. fuck cops and fuck the point system

^^^ its been said already. people gonna do what they do regardless of how many times its posted on a forum, commercials on tv, billboards, internet ads, etc...


anyone know about a cop pulling you over for no reason? if thats a way to get out of this?

its nearly impossible to beat a dui.....speically if you gave a breathliser AND blood......it dont matter if your on the illegal or past.....its still a dui and there not going to let you slide if you allready got arrested....



dont drink and drive
