there's a special cleaner for that. Get a filter for the lens, a clear one even, so that it protects the lens from scratching and smudges. I have one, they're cheap.

Nah it's not tough really, once u learn a lil it all clicks n makes sense. The only hard part about it is the holes buying lens puts in ur pockets lol, unless u got a lot of cash.

i took this picture using Night Portrait mode




I took this one using Manual Mode




i was in manual trying to get the pictures to come out like Night Portait mode. but couldnt any help tips?

Tripod or shit all you need is somethin to set your camera on...there are times I dont have my tripod wit me so I'll set it up on a newstand or on top of my car LOL

If u don't have a tripod, use ur camera's neck strap if u got one for more stabilization.

@Northbay, for night shots don't use the flash, unless ur taking pics of people indoors or something like that. U slow the shutter speed down to 5 or more seconds n let it sit n soak in the light.

^Pretty much what he said. A tripod is SOO useful when taking long exposure pictures because it HAS to be as steady as can be, otherwise it'll come out blurry as hell. If you don't have one, you can get a cheap one from Target, which is where I got mine. They have a $15 one and a $30. Get the $30 one, it's sturdier and works great for general photo-taking.
