I was just wondering if anybody out there fears death?????
and why do you fear it?????

Like me I don;t fear death really....
I think its cause i really have nothing in my life to keep living ...

and then i see people who have good lives... die.....
and they never shoulda died....

And like my life is an empty waste....
so sometimes i wish i woulda died.. instead of someone else....
I mean like.. those people had a lot to lose in their life....

and Like if I died today it aint no thang....
i think it wouldn;t matter...
its like my soul is already dead.. im already emotionally dead inside... so.. its like i wouldnt give a fuck if i died.. ...

so yeah thats why Im not afraid of death.....

I think the people who are scared of death... have happy and good lives... but those of us with dark lives... look foward to death.. but thats just how i see things...

is anyone out there scared of Death??? And WHY or WHY ARE YOU NOT.. afried of death...

There is no use on fearing the enevtable. Thats like fearing that its going to be 8pm. Its going to happen no matter what. Do i want to die, no. Do i fear death, no. The worst thing that could happen, is that I die and am in up in heaven with my mother and my little bro collects on my life insurance. The real thing that sucks about death is the people on earth have to deal with it. I am not scared to die but i do have life to live in this life and big things to accoplish.

Or perhaps you will end up in Hell for your sins...

I'm not scared of the shit I'm really kinda curious but to my knowledge you only get one life so I'mma live it to the fullest b-cuz it's too easy to kill yourself why not challenge yourself and deal with this bullshit and have fun anyway and not stress off little shit because anything anyone stresses off will cease when u die...thas my take....

I've learned to live with an interesting philosophy of death. I used to be afraid of 'death' when I was 4 watching Nightmare on Elm Street, but grew outta that shortly. I do not fear the idea of 'death' but I do fear a slow, painful, excruciating death filled with fear (i.e. getting your head cut off with a steak knife, or worse), but if you find meaning in the suffering then its okay (wait whole 'nother topic)...

Back to the philosophy I mentioned earlier, I picked it up from a modern philosopher Carlos Castenada. His sentiments on this topic express that we should use death as an advisor and that our death is always on our shoulder right with us, and since it is inevitable, do fear it, rather learn to live with it, and keep in mind and how you live your life accordingly...

I don't fear death, but dying without accomplishing my goals is a bitch. My life is in God's hands and when it's time for me to go I gotta go. Life aint guaranteed so any minute could be my last so its best to walk this earth with humility and not take life for granted and get complacent. I've learned to accept it for what's its worth and its given me a peace of mind that I'm not paranoid about it. I just play with the cards that I'm dealt and I adjust and adapt accordingly to what life has to offer. All I have to worry about is living life the right way, being the best person I can be, and helping those who need it and the rest will take care of itself. All fears are based on thoughts about the future. When you are living in the future, you can’t enjoy the present. Its mind over matter, if you dont mind it wont matter. My faith is stronger than the average person so I can't speak for everybody, but enjoy life while it lasts cuz you only get one chance.
i pretty feel the same as others adn what u were saying...MINUS THE RELGIOUS MUmBO JUMBO...ther reason y i feel like that is i have had events that have shaped me...made things very clear....its like what religion has done for you...but for me...unfortuantely i had to learn the hard way....but in a way its better then what a "religion" says cuz its REAL SHIT....I have almost left this world TWICE...it has made me a lot more humble and ON EVERYTHING...a lot more of a "liberal"...

i value things a lot more now....it has made me want to "live" more....explore life...

like most said...the only thing i worry about is others greiving and feeling i didnt "accomplish" something....

^^ with that said....what do u mean by accomplish sumthing??.....IN ALL honesty...when i say it...i actually want to take part in sumthing that would make me feel i didnt waste my time on earth....like help tsunami victims, protest bush or a war with 100,000 other people, contribute time and money to charitys, and just be the biggest and best influence....i would hate to go out with a world a didnt like.....

Life and earth are just too beautiful to fuck around with....

From my own gatherings I have found that no one really fears death, it is the ever lonely thought of missing out on what is to happen next in life, while everyone else remains to find out. This is evident when you observe people who have no friends and family who lay on their death bed; those who really have no one to progress in life with. I don't know that everyone like this is absolutely free of worry, regardless of the circumstances, but it is worth noting that it is what people feel they have to live for that dictates how they feel about dying. Those with nothing, care less, and in some cases kill themselves. While those with families and friends are the ones who are scared shitless.

Think about this: If you were dying, and suddenly everyone you know perishes from this planet, do you think you would care as much anymore? Would you care at all?

Personally I fear missing out much more than I do dying.

This entire post is my own speculation.

Life and death are as important as you make them. If you want to love your life find something in it to love, make something in it to love.

word @ Basiccally "There are worse things in life than death".

If you couldn't care about coming into life why should you care about leaving it?
