MOST OF NORTHER MEXCO IS LOST TO THE CARTELS, AND IN THE NEXT 10-20 YEARS MEXICE WILL BE A FAILD STATE SO WHY GIVE THEM ALL THIS MONEY WHILE WE GO BROKE?

No, you don't see China helping, and China's presence in Africa is something I know about and have talked about here in the past. In regards to what's going on in Gaza right now, most likely "we" the american tax payers will have to foot the bill. Concerning the job of world police, that should never have been "our" job in the first place. Concerning the situation in Mexico, again, you have little argument from me on that one. However, where we split is america's so-called interest to "help" the world out. There is no interest to "help" the world out. There is only interest to keep the hegemony in power and further their agenda. Basically, it boils down to america having motives to "help" other places, and once again, the motives are self-serving with benefits going to those in power.
