Somebody needs to get the cheerleaders some skirts and pom-pom's!
I'm only leaving this thread here becuase it's really a legitimate Public Service Announcement that just happens to be mixed with some clownin'. If it was just on some talkin' shit about Bullet.....it would be gone. But let's all remember it wasn't very long ago when Bullet did the EXACT same thing to A-Wax and posted some shit online saying that Wax was doin' bad business. Bullet felt it was necessary to publicly let people know that he wasn't feelin' somebody's alleged business misconduct.....and now Jay Tee is doin' the same. Seems fair to me......no?

Normally I wouldn't get involved in this sort of arguement, but I recently had this same situation with the said rapper that is the point of this discussion. After working with him for many years and hooking him up with Mac Dre, Suga T, E-Dawg, Mr. D.O.G, and numerous other rappers that I worked with. The said rapper recently sold a verse that I had done for him, and made it very clear to him that if he sold any of my verses to anyone else that he would need to properly compensate me, as I only wanted to appear on songs with him, that he was paying me for. And being that we were doing business together I would give him good prices on the verses.
While visiting the studio one day, one of my people came across a rapper who was writing to a song that I was featured on, that was going to appear on this rappers album. I had not been made aware of this, the said rapper had not reached out to me regarding the sale of the said song. Upon reaching out to him, he wouldn't answer his phone when I called, and told my people that he wasn't going to pay anything else, and didn't care about our agreement regarding my verses.
Upon talking to said rapper on 3 way convo, as he wouldn't answer the phone when I called, we got to the bottom of this situation, and it was worked out eventually. However, this shit shouldn't have ever happened, as we are suppossed to be men, and a man's word is his bond. Had my people not went to the studio that day he would have RESOLD the verse and wouldn't have told me shit.
I have always repsected the said rapper, as he always handled his business on time, and worked hard, but as of late, there has been some rather questionable business going on, and I can attest to it, as I was a victim of said rappers actions.
Said rapper also attempted to sell songs from one of the artists that I manage. These were songs that my artist had written, and said rapper attempted to sell them to another artist in Arizona. I was alerted via the artists manager in Wyoming, as we conversated about other topics, and brought the subject up that his artist would be RESINGING my artists songs. We were never contacted by said rapper, and he was going to accept money, and wasn't going to contact us about the transaction.
I don't know what has come over said rapper, but he has been constantly RESELLING peoples work after being asked not to do so. Said rapper has worked hard to establish a fanbase, but has also conducted some rather shady business, that has damaged his reputation. The person that he sold my verse to actually posted in this thread on his behalf, and was actually the one that took care of me in terms of getting the financial side worked out so that everyone could be happy.
Hopefully this will all get worked out, but there is fact and truth to the subject that is being discussed. I am not here to ruin said rappers reputation, but after years of helping the growth of said rappers career, the defendant in this case treated me like I was a fuckin boo boo head.
Everything isn't about somebody hating on somebody else, some of this shit is about straight up bad business practices.

Hustle- You are correct that you don't jump on the bandwagon and attack the person at hand, however, what is ironic(and your track record proves it) is that you have a strong tendency to follow the so called sheep around popping up to let everyone one know that they are in fact sheep, that they cannot think for ourselves, they attack victims, and don't show enough respect to women etc etc. So its ironic in the sense that you are the sheeps sheep, following them around.
i understand you are trying to be deep here...i thank you for the effort to try and delegitimize what i am saying with smart-ass remarks, but in this case, and in every case, my argument has merit.
i tend to play devil's advocate, because it isn't often that anyone presents an argument fairly.
if said rapper is practicing bad business and this is a psa over it, cool. all the side convo about eating boogers and how his songs are tight minus his verses and how he has a lisp and blah blah blah have absolutely nothing to do with how he conducts his affairs. all that shit is just a bunch of ammo to slander him further, and it's really unneccessary.

I would like to say here and now, all of my booger jokes were not directed to harm Bullet... I like him and respect his music.
That being said, everyone who said anything in this post is responsible for what they say to/about Bullet. If Bullet wants to take issue, that is up to his sole discretion. I'm sure some of the people who posted in this thread would like for Bullet to get ahold of them.

My whole point is that sooner or later, everyone in the limelight of any sort will be the victim of the internet shit-talking gang-bang. While yes, this is only the net...there are a lot of contacts and networking to be made...and there are a lot of fans. I feel like there are ways to conduct a professional get-up and there are ways not to. I'll come back to what I have said before in this type of situation...there is a reason why certain regions won't blow up to a major level, and a lot of it has to do with bad business practice. What Bullet has done is wrong if he did it, but I don't see a public slandering session to be any more professional than a crooked hustle to make some extra dough. If people have issues with people, they should take it up with them directly...otherwise when you post it up for public debate, you will have the cheerleaders, the bandwagoneers and the naysayers (like myself) who will put in their two cents and everyone will just have to fuckin' deal with it...
At the end of the day, I am not on here to make enemies and have problems with people in the business...but as an industry person, I think there should be a standard code of ethics on how to handle shit like this. Many people are cowards and would never say the shit they type to someone's face...my life isn't separated by "net" life and "real" life...it's all the same to me, therefore what I say on here can and will be used against me later if someone takes offense. I don't think many folks take that into account once they start typing. They just spew off a bunch of shit and when it adversely affects their business down the line, they act surprised.
Case in point: I had a Phoenix heavy-hitter call me a dyke bitch and tell me to go back to Cali where I came from...this was over the net. Said individual works for a major promoter out here that throws many events. My station promotes some of those events. Unfortunately, said individual's events do not get promoted at any time during my 5 hour daily shift, nor do they get promoted during my 4 hour weekend shift. So 29 hours out of the week, that fucker gets NONE! I ain't did shit to dude, he just came at me foul because he didn't know whom he was dealing with. With that said, it doesn't take much to burn a life-long bridge and in the end, it can fuck with your pockets.

I'm gonna end this post on this note. This cat decides that he wants to get out the rap game and shits on everybody that has ever helped him. When he was broke (still is) and needed help in putting his albums together, me, Coolnutz, Torrey Ward, Arjay, Dante Thomas, Jazz, B-Legit, Mac Dre and many more gave this cat love on verses, beats and hooks to be used on his albums only. After using the songs on his albums, he realized that his carer was a joke, so he retires. He says fuck the rap game and fuck all of the people that tried to help me, I'm gonna start a new hustle of re-selling everything, beats, verses and hooks, without anyones permission. He sold all of these several times and kept every nickle. He has even taken a Bash verse that Bash did for someone named Mikel Knight, somehow got the acapella, and sold that too. He is poison in the rap game. I'm not just bored and feel like clowing somebody, this cat is fucking up the small piece of the Indie Rap Game that we still have left. I can't take him to court because he has NOTHING. I must make an example out of him so that other people don't think that this kind of business is good business. This isn't a smear campaign, these are just the facts.
^^^I feel you...but with all you have written here about what you plan on doing to him...putting him in the dirt...it's curtains...all of those threats are uploaded for all to see. If some shit does happen to him, whether you have anything to do with it or not, you've already convicted yourself in print. I suggest you delete the thread.
