Pac came real. Charism doesn't really matter. His delivery on a track was just phenomenal. Sure there are other rappers with style but none have the delivery like Pac to rap about hard ships. Pac was able to do both. No one can top him and to say he put a block on the Bay in general is just wrong.

Here we go pointing the finger at why the Bay isn't hot or isn't on top

i know im helping to take this thread off topic but fuck it another thing about Pac that is hella crazy to me is that even though he's one of the best rappers ever he was equally talented as an actor. Pac was mad talented.

'Gaffled Remix' with 3XKrazy.... "to these punk police, they don't know me, you fuckin with an Oakland OG, yeah it's true i wasn't raised here, but rhyme pays so now a nigga stays here"

that pretty much sums it up for the Bay part..

as for L.A., the same thing.. bottom line he put it down for the West in a major way and without him AND our other So Cal/Bay Area legends, our reputation would be somewhat similar to the new 'Dirty South.' everyone all over Cali did their part but he had one of the biggest roles in showin everyone how the West gets down..

that whole song is about L.A. not just the title.
