the reason i think they are able to do that is cus it's in a black neighorbhood and they're the only mexicans around

and because there's no action since they're like 2 blocks from the police station.

Is it just me or is there alot more white and chinese people in the mission. Last time I was there I seen a bunch of asian fools and white buisness type people eating lunch and walking around. Its probably just because it was day time but it suprised me.

No need to be surprised. That's what gentrification and other economic factors will do to any community.
