MS and 19th bang together now..thats why they bigger...them $urenos let any youngster in...like in my area out here in concord...kids that are 7-12 years old be bangin wit them..i stay in the monument area...there's a bunch of them out here...gang task force all over the area..but most of them are punks..i say 2 out of 20 scraps are down..the rest are bunch of sissys..
Mission is the District. It's also a street that spans all accross San Francisco. Majority is Latino but ever since the dot com era the place began to have caucasias/white/pink people. There is also a decent-sized asian population. Mainly Pilipino but some chinese and there are also a sizeable amount of african folks around that have been around.
The Mission does not compare to LA (whittier, etc...) or other areas because the neighborhood is not saturated by one side/race. Also, while the crime level is at the very least on par with neighborhoods which contain project housing, it also varies in what other things it offers. It's really not a bad place, if you don't bang at least.

I also dont know you personaly so I am not trying to judge you, but it is not on the south siders to hit you and your homie up for wearing red in the North but it is on you to hit them up for being know south siders in the North.
