i was thinking about replaying fallout new vegas completely as a melee character or unarmed character... if dead island really is 90% melee weapons / unarmed.. i think ill just pick this up and beat on some zombies instead. save myself some time

trophies are useless anyway

It's more like Borderlands than it is Fallout. I still recommend it though.

Damn, 85% completed and 40 hours into this I get killed and now the game freezes when I load that shit. This is some bullshit.

if your on ps3, there is an easy way to dupe items: equip it, hold L1 and triangle, then while holding those buttons push R1 and throw it, and you now have 2 of the same item !

I didnt care for the ending much. For all the hours you put into the game it's pretty shitty last boss fight. I didn't max out my player, so I was going to start over with the same strength weapons. Though the zombies were going to be level ones or something.. nope there the same level they left off. So I kinda got tired of that and started playing more gears 3 now.

I killed the final boss in two hits.

Hold Left Trigger, Press Right Trigger and Y at the same time.
