^^^you don't need a jp laptop. most pc games aren't region coded and even if they are you can get software to bypass it or your pc should let you switch the region coding on your drive up to five times. there is some tutorials on how to install everything somewhere online too.

the Touhou series is so awesome but I haven't explored the doujin world much outside of
it. http://www.himeyashop.com/ is great for doujin games but they rape on shipping.
