I agree that 10 years is somewhat extreme but he should have known better. The system isnt' going to change, I know it's fucked up, so you gotta work it better than that. If you get caught up it's your own fault. Yeah it sucks for a 17 year old kid, but talking about "oh that's fucked up" isn't going to get him out any sooner. We all pretty much know the system is fucked up (unless you're a bitch like Tadou).
I'll admit he doesn't deserve 10 years...but does he have priors? I didn't see that anywhere so I don't know if it was posted. If it's his first time that's obviously fucked up but if he's been doing shit like that before then he should have known better.

^man i pop off all kinds a shit in my yard.....the lil court i live in...i come right out the house and sometimes i just kill the 1st nigga i see wit a gat so i can take his weapon and make it mines.....or blast a hookers head off for her money....the cops come sometimes but then i blast at them too and blow up their cars....then when the paramedics come i blast them too.....and the fire department.....and when the heat gets to be too much i run in the house to the lil disc icon and save....then when i come bacc out its all good again......
