kinda reminds me of a story when the homie pulled out this lil 32. Beretta and i was like let me shoot that lil bitch and at first he was like nah but i finnaly talked him into it i bucked 3 times in his backyard and no bullshit the police went across the street to the arab peoples house cause it was like 2 weeks after 9/11 man fuckin pigs are racist fucks LOL

where was that at though???? Cali laws ain't playing wit guns no more...they throwing in all kinds of enhancements on your sentencing now if you use a gun in a crime......its like an automatic 10 years and if you shoot at anyone they'll fucc around and try to give you life over that shit......so if you pull ya strap might as well go all out and use it on your enemies cuz you gonna get washed like Red Sin homie over some petty shit......

@red sin: thats fucked up homie, but yeah, once they tack on a gang enhancement to a weapons related charge its a wrap.. they will definately throw the book as hard as they can..
this weekend i gotta go put money on my homies books cuz he was kickin it wit some youngster who went to jack a cell phone then ran back to the spot my homie was at and when the police came through the youngster told the pigs my homie had the phone, he didnt, but since he was on probation they took him in.. and even after the charges were dropped cuz youngster admitted that he lied and they didnt have any evidence to say my homie was involved in that shit, they kept him for 60 days anyway..

naw my homie aint from hayward, but some dude got caught with a stolen plamsa tv, and he said my homie on probation FORCED him to hold the stolen plasma, so they raided my homies house, found a half gram of coke on him, which caught him even more time, plus had to go to rehab for like a year, fucking weak shit.
The funny thing is that cops or whatever they want to call themselves WANT lots of people locked up. It's a giant business. The more people they have locked up, the more people they can hire and the more funding they get. It's a fucked up system.
Not to mention jail/prison isn't really "rehabilitation" like they want to you think. It's really a "Crime University" as you have more connections and know a lot more shit than when you started serving time. All this bullshit is just to harden normal people into criminals. If anyone can prove my theory wrong, please do.

He discharged a fucking weapon in a public place, and he's not old enough to own a gun. That's why. And, it COULD be considered a "drive by" cause one of my older home boys did the same shit and he's still in jail for it.
Maybe if your friend wasn't such a fucking moron he wouldn't be in jail. I don't know if he was defending himself or not, but IF he was just doing it, then he deserves whatever he got cause he easily could have not done it. Now if he was defending himself or trying to, that's another story.
