actually the video doesn't show them throwing the cell phone down. i know, i know, just busting ur balls breh (no homo) lol. don't know if the guy with the striped sweater picked it up since he was on the left and you could see him for most of the vid, but someone definetly picked up the object (does look like a gun tho) and replaced it wit something else because if you look closely in the first part of the vid at how close the object (again, most likely a gun) is to the cracks on the ground, it definetly gets moved from where it previously was and turns into a more square object. oh, and lol at the anotations on the screen "this guy has the gun - he later picks it up"... does he have it, or is he yet to pick it up LOL

Its funny to hear people except so much as fact without understanding the context of the anger that Black People from the city have against police. Just a few things to consider:
How many times the story has changed from the side of the police
If someone shot at you and you have them under control, isn't the 1st thing you should do is secure the weapon?
Shouldn't you at least handcuff the suspect (that way you could administer medical attention if necessary)?
You people keep getting into the dudes backstory but thats not the most important thing to people in HP. Police firing across the busiest pedestrian walkway in the whole hood. To us thats like letting off while your chasing someone on powell and market. No excuse for that shit. No need to chase anyone with guns out over 2 dollars (according to the cops the shot sound tracker say they fired immediately after him. so wether he shot himself or not, they had guns on him from jump)
Its just the way we get treated on over here. Hella people die because the police stand over them why they bleed. Its finally on camera and people are talking about his criminal record? People are mad because the public falls for the smokescreen. Its about the treatment of people on this side of town by the police, so hell yeah a child molester will get support, because they shot him in the back and let him die like a dog. They don't value anything in the 94124 color aint really the issue.
*They just had a big AIDs walk in the city to find a cure for AIDS. Its a fucked up disease, I've had 2 uncles die from it, but in a lot of ways its a preventable disease. So is violence. Why don't the world come together to raise money to end that preventable disease?

How can 2-3 officers secure a site when they're surrounded by alot of people? by the time the rest showed up, the gun was long gone ...
