And he was only a person of interest in that case, which means he wasn't even a suspect yet. He could have been a witness, or he could have been the baby daddy and so the police just have to assume he might have a motive to kill her.
I'm not saying he was a saint by any means, but his background doesn't matter that much. The cops still shot him before knowing any of that.

That "lil boy" attempted to pimp a 14 year old girl and went to prison for it, was the main person of interest in the murder of a pregnant 19 year old girl in Seattle, was dumb enough to not pay his bus fair (when he was on the run for parole violation after skipping town because of the main person of interest part) and then decided to shoot at the cops that tried to give him a ticket for it.

SFPD has a long history of fucking with black muthafuckas from Fillmoe all the way to HP and everywhere in between.
The only person that is prolly feeling good about all of this is the real person who shot and killed that girl back in seattle washington. because now he knows that he don't have to worry about the police looking for him because of how the media and others portrayed this innocent man of being the murderer himself. Notice how Seattle Washington police is not jumping the gun by calling him names and shit, they kept it where its at, "A Person of Interest".. meaning he could of knew something,been a victim,a suspect,was a witness, or was in fear of his life because of what he may of knew. Nobody knows fa sure. so you cant call him a Murderer.
This case put a major eye on everybody as a whole, just more proof that racism and hatred still exist amongst us. The media is just another brainwashing tool,and its no reason for me to go deep into all that, but for a lot of people when they hear or see something on the news,they deem it as the truth. Its just how 95% of the world is.
There is a lot of cell phone footage showing his life less body that has not even hit youtube and more then likely will not. A lot of the testimonies from the children and young teens and other people of the community who was out that day will never get heard.
People are quick to turn their head the other way,but if this happened to a non black/hispanic then people would be outraged and police cheifs would get fired.
San Francisco is not the only place that is affected by corruptness within local city / governments.
The bayview district has alot of poverty strickened families who are barely making ends meet and this fare inspection thing is not a new issue, they have been giving members of the community hundreds of tickets ranging from $75 - $100. If you can't afford to get on the bus for a ride back home you get fucked over with this huge ass ticket,and if you do not pay it you face jail time. If someone cannot pay 75cents to $2.00 fare, what makes you think they can afford this huge fine? I have a lot of family members who work for MUNI, and even they agree that (P.O.P) which is the people of conduct the fare inspections,do way too much,and have even told me personal accounts of watching them issue out fines of $5,000.
These are the questions that the local communities have been asking for months,and the board of supervisors and directors at city hall will not answer. It is costing the City of San Francisco more money to enforce this stupid ass fare inspection,then it would be to just let the community ride for free. Now they have dropped the value of our young black youth lifes to $2.00 - on youtube, they are calling us niggers,apes,and monkeys. anybody that speaks out from the community that witnessed this gets mocked and called names.

You know there is going to be that kind of shit on the net. It has absolutely nothing to do with the actual shooting. You can take the whitest of all white people, the blackest of all black people, if you shoot at the police they are going to return fire, plain and simple. You really can't see the logic there?
Actually BART police killed a drunk white dude at Civic Center, and SFPD killed someone on 7th who was in a wheelchair but had a knife.
I'm not 100% convinced, but the story is looking better for the cops. I don't think they would fake THAT much evidence. If anything they could have just planted a gun on him when they took him to the hospital and it woulda been covered up faster.

It has everything thing to do with the shooting. If the shooting never occurred,then those racist comments wouldn't have been put all on youtube like it is now. However, The shooting itself may not of been racially motivated (and I'm not saying it is) Police mad a horrible call and killed a young man because of evasion from a fare transfer. That could of been anybody.
It does not take more then 72 hours for a ballistic report and it has yet to arrive. If there was a gun on the scene,police would of instantly swooped on it,especially when the police was in close proximity of the "alleged" gun,which was really a cell phone.
