everyday that goes by without interviewing that cop is more time for his story to be fabricated according to everything thats out there on video...i don't see how mistaking a taser for a strap and killing someone is an accident, especially when you've been trained to know the difference. 2nd degree murder, manslaughter at the very least, but for this guy to walk...shit will not be all good

there was speculation on whether he was cuffed before or after he was shot. ktvu showed a pic a few seconds before he was shot, from the side right before they layed him on his back. his hands were in cuffs. if that aint an execution i dont know what is.

SPECULATION ON WHETHER HE WAS CUFFED?!? THE WHOLE TIME IM WATCHIN THE VIDEOS, IM THINKIN THIS KID IS CUFFED!!! HE CERTAINLY LOOKS TO BE CUFFED... REGARDLESS, THAT WAS AN UNJUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE COMMITTED BY THAT PUNK ASS COP...

yea i thought the same thing but im talkin bout the media and the feds speculating on it saying it is procedure to cuff someone after they have been shot. basically trying to spin it that he might not have been cuffed yet so it leaves them an out that he could have been posing a threat, and to try and hide the fact that this was an execution...its bullshit really

and shooting someone in their back and then pushing their arms to the back and handcuffing them would put strain and movement on your back, things you dont need with A) a bullet wound in your back B) the bullet possibly still inside ..try to put your hands behind your back right now and u see what i mean

they shoulda FIRST called the ERs on the dispatcher, secondly found out where he was shot on the dispatcher, third dealt with population control...handcuffing someone shot in the back isnt needed

i think it gives him more time to not give an official statement. he was probably advised by his lawyer to resign. now that he has no job to worry about losing, he can say nothing and plead the 5th.
