The felony murder rule seems like it could apply here. The fathers act of attacking the attendants is a felony and his son died during the course of a felony. Even though the son charged in on his own, he would never have done that without the prior actions of his father. Either way this dad is a dumbfuck and will atleast spend the rest of his life knowing he is in someway responsible for his som's death. That is probably the worst punishment of all.
he's got 1 felony,
he's got 2 felonies,
he's got 3 felonies,
bitch he's bill bellamy

How does one claim self defense from a man that was unarmed?

LOL - um wtf kinda thought is that?

I can't believe these scum attendants are getting away with murder! Didn't they know that Isayah was a football star! They should have taken their beating like men and not fought back. Sure, they might have got severe brain damage or died, but Isayah would be alive to play in the NFL! God bless.

lol :dead:

Yeah, I saw that yesterday...kind of foul and unnecessary IMO...oh well..
I agree, and even though they are grieving the loss of a young man with his whole future of him so was that stupid petition to charge the attendants for protecting themselves from two guys trying to violenty beat them. Shit like that just fuels people from the likes of /b/ to be idiots. I'd bet all the money in my bank account if they wouldn't have made that petition they would have never attacked his memorial page.

RIP to the kid, he did something stupid because of his idiotic father and payed with his life. I still think the dad should be charged in his death.
