Some of those comments on that petition are making my head hurt...Some were just unreasonable....somebody asked the question "what happen to just taking a beating?"....lol...who the f--k wants to take a beating? Even if the attendant didnt have a knife...what if he hit Isayah directly on the temple and cause Isayah to fall a certain way, which killed him or grabbed a hammer on the desk and split Isayah's skull open...the same petition would be created...people would still say he needed to be charged...

They are ignoring the attendant's right to defend himself at all cost...yeah, its tragic Isayah lost his life too young, but this should serve as a hard lesson learned for many...dont go starting s--t with people because they have a right to defend themselves at all cost...I'm not in favor or using weapons, in fact I never have, but I can understand someone who didnt want any trouble pulling out a weapon on someone who is starting s--t with them, especially after they have taken reasonable measures to prove their innocence(the attendants allowing the dad to check their bags, etc)....situation is all bad all around...

Again... It's cool with the puns and sometimes hella funny when appropriate. This is a weird situation, doesn't change it! Not gonna justify anything and I hope and pray I would react different. But, none of us knows what happend prior to that. You have the video but state of mind does play a part.

The felony murder rule seems like it could apply here. The fathers act of attacking the attendants is a felony and his son died during the course of a felony. Even though the son charged in on his own, he would never have done that without the prior actions of his father. Either way this dad is a dumbfuck and will atleast spend the rest of his life knowing he is in someway responsible for his som's death. That is probably the worst punishment of all.
