yo soy chicano y tambien i am white with hazel eyes. i look more white in cali, especially watsonville cause damn near everyone is mexican. but no homeboy ever told me you can't be down because you don't speak enough spanish or you look too white. they accepted me off of character judgement, and that's the only thing you should be lookin at when you walkin shoulder to shoulder with someone in what could be your last dance. if i made the decision to only walk with people that have the same ethnicity as me and that only, i would prolly be dead or paralyzed by now. the ignorant ones are the ones doin ignorant shit.
