You have yet to explain why this is ...

Which, again, leads me to think that you have no idea what you're talking about. You're just trying to stir up a little debate.

this is just retarted, assists happen because usually the person passing the ball is setting up the scorer for a open shot or directing traffic, assists are not overrated at all, tell that to Magic Johnson. Next thing you know yall are gonna say great point guards are not needed and any average point guard can fill the shoes of a good point guard.

Sorry, i didnt realize that yore argument was even worse than the argument i orginally thought you were provoking. THat is even dumber than what i thought it was about in the first place.

I love how you try and put the proof of burden on US, for your invalid argument. Either explin WHY assists are overrated, or kick rocks.

BTW--You are the worst debater ever.

just stating some facts on why i feel rebounding is a better thing to have than assists on a team thats all. when it's all said and done at the end of the year the better passing team never makes it past the better rebounding team to win it all. it's been proven every fucking year with all the assists team never makin all the way so i got history backing my theory lol. and i do love to watch the better assist team and those are the teams i usually love to watch but it's always them rebounders getting there trophy's at the end of the year.

so how do you think assist are better than rebounds?

That's the funny thing: I never said that one was more important than the other.

Saying rebounding is more important than assists or vice versa is like saying playing defense is more important than scoring or vice versa. It's a dumb argument. Each element is equally important.

word. i mean hey i feel assist are important in games as i do rebounds but i thought this was a debate on which u would rather have n shit thats all. i said in an earlier post that i felt assists were important but i do feel that rebounds are more important in playoff games and thats just from watching the playoffs every year and seeing the better rebounding team come out on top most the times in these series thats all.
