You didnt know him personally so you dont know how humble he is you just going by his character on TV tahts all. Yall gotta realize just bc a person potray a certain STYLE or image on tv dosent mean thats really them. The cops say they got all the evidence and nobody broke in they house the doors and gates were locked with dogs runinning free in the front yard police even had a hard ass time getting in. look at the post i posted up about him having a history of domestic violence with her. Point is She wanted to leave him and she even got a restraining order on him(taht shows he was a stalker) so that means he either whopped her ass or threatend her to the point where she was scared of him. And hell yeah I think he was on steroids too WWE dont wanna claim him now(they deleted him and his tribute off they websites and etc) bc when the autopsy comesback saying he was on steriods then its Vince McMahons ass with the Federals all over again. The Atlanta-Journal Constitution, while updating their coverage of the Benoit family tragedy, reported that Nancy Benoit filed for divorce and an order of protection in May 2003.
In the divorce petition, Nancy Benoit alleged that Chris Benoit, "lost his temper and threatened to strike the petitioner and cause extensive damage to the home and personal belongings of the parties, including furniture and furnishings. Petitioner is in reasonable fear for petitioner's own safety and that of the minor child."
A judge issued a restraining order against Benoit and barred him from entering the family home. Nancy Benoit asked the court to dismiss the petition in August of that year. The couple later reconciled, celebrating together in the ring following Benoit's WWE World championship win at Wrestlemania XX.
Autopsies in the deaths of The Benoits and their seven year old son Daniel are scheduled for today in Decatur, Georgia.
his wife did file that order of protection charge against him before( i think 2002 or 2003) , prooving that he does have a history. i was watching cnn and also seen that the son had needle marks in his arm when he was found (possibly taking growth hormones), and they did find over-the-counter steroids in his crib, that can make you angry, but can't give you "roid-rage", basically he knew what he was doing (if he did), now i DO believe he did do it, but can't say anything for certain, since i didn't see it with my own eyes, but since one plus one still equals two, we can all put it together. what he did in the ring doesn't mean shit, this shit is fucked up, and i dont give a fuck how many people he put in the crippler crossface, besides wrestling is fake, so that shit is all irrelevant anyways, not saying that professional wrestlers dont have talent (because they do), they have a lot of athletic talent, and a lot of ACTING talent also. just my two cents....

shocking news to wake up to today. I am on vaction so I missed vengence, tapped raw and only heard the news this morning. I was in disbelief. Shocked, sad and angry all at once. I have been a wrestling fan all my life and I am 30 years old. This is the worst thing someone could do. Kill your self and I can live with that but not your wife and not a little boy. Chris Benoit was my hero. I always looked up to him, admired his intensity and cheered when his music hit. I am sorry it has ended like this. I am having a hard time coping with this. I want to be sad but this has made me so angry. I have had my problems and have thought about suicide more times than I can count. One of the reasons why we have heros and role modles is to strive to be someone better than we are.

Mark Mero aka Johnny B. Badd lives here in Orlando and he calls into this talk radio show often and today he said someone needs to have a full scale investigation into the WWE. He said if 20 or members died well before their time within a few years of another organization (i.e. NFL,NBA,Boxing..even said Broadway actors) that the feds would be on that in a heartbeat.
